Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across Tamil Nadu.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery may take longer during festivals, public holidays or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Shipping Charges

  • FREE Shipping on all orders of ₹499 and above.

  • Orders below ₹499 will have a shipping charge, which will be displayed during checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available for eligible locations.

  • A non-refundable advance payment of ₹70 is required to confirm all COD orders.

  • The remaining balance can be paid to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.

  • If a COD order is cancelled after dispatch or refused at delivery, the ₹70 advance will not be refunded.

Remote Village Delivery

  • We strive to deliver orders across Tamil Nadu. However, some remote villages and interior areas may not have doorstep courier service.

  • In such cases, the courier company may request you to collect your parcel from the nearest main town or courier branch.     

  • We request customers to cooperate in collecting their parcel from the designated courier office or nearby service location when required.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking details via WhatsApp, SMS or Email (where applicable).

Delivery Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address, PIN code and contact number are correct while placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address or contact information.
