Return & Replacement Policy

We are committed to delivering quality products to our customers. Please read our Return & Replacement Policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

  • We do not accept returns for products that are correctly delivered as ordered.

  • Please verify the product details, size, colour and quantity before placing your order.

  • Products purchased during sale, discount or promotional offers are not eligible for return.

Refund Policy

  • We do not provide refunds for any delivered orders.

  • Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Replacement Policy

A replacement will be provided only in the following cases:

  • You receive a wrong product.

  • You receive a damaged product during transit.

  • You receive a product with a manufacturing defect.                               

Replacement Request Conditions

To request a replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your Order ID

  • A complete unboxing video (from opening the package until the product is shown)

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Requests submitted without an unboxing video is not be eligible for replacement.

  • Important: Due to colour variations across different mobile and computer screens, the actual product colour may vary slightly from the images displayed on our website. Such minor colour variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for replacement.

Replacement Eligibility

The product must:

  • Be unused and unwashed

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Pass our quality inspection after we receive it

If the replacement product is unavailable, we may provide an alternative product of equal value or issue store credit at our discretion.
